Orange Sky™ Wine Dinners are an evening to enjoy culinary artistry and fine wine with panoramic views of Scottsdale from our 15th floor.
Pairing food and wine to bring out the best flavors is an art – one that the sommelier at Orange Sky has mastered. You’ll enjoy a multi-course meal featuring an inventive menu and perfectly paired wines from wineries around the world. Please note reservations are required.

| Reception | 6pm | The evening begins with a reception where guests have a chance to mingle with the winemaker or special guest while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and wine. |
| Dinner | 6:30pm | Enjoy a fine four-course meal prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, Ron Dimas. Each course is paired with a wine from the hosted winery. |
